Hello everyone!
Today we made this delicious noodle recipe from scratch.
It’s not a quick and easy kind of recipe, as it takes almost 40 minutes but they have a fantastic taste, and we can’t hold the temptation to eat due to the aroma while we cook. However, it is soothing, and it gives out beautiful vibes.
So, this recipe completely deserves the time and energy that we spent. More than 25 ingredients have been used, but the flavor is an entirely new experience, and we hope you love it.

Directions
In a blender add following ingredients shallots, onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, green chillies, galangal, curry leaves, lemon deseeded, without skin, red chillies deseed, black pepper, honey, peanuts, almonds, sesame seeds, meat curry powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, dried shrimp and blend it 3 minutes or until its smooth.
In a pot add coconut oil, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, shrimp, chicken cut into 1 inch size pieces, lime leaves.
Add step 1 blended masala and cook for 4 minutes in medium high heat.
Add water 1500ml continues to cook for 3 minutes in medium high heat.
In a same pot add fried tofu, fish cake, noodles, coconut milk, cream, mustard green leaves, long beans and cook in a closed pot for 3 minutes in medium heat.
Serve immediately in a bowl with 1 tablespoon each scallion chopped, coriander leaves chopped, red chili deseed oval size chopped.For garnish: parsley. Beansprout, boiled egg halved, fried onion.
